Our escargot are bursting with flavor, marinated in sunflower oil and seasoned with a distinctive blend of garlic and herbs. Wild caught and harvested using centuries old process. A healthy protein, rich in calcium and iron. Other than the taste and health benefits they are so versatile. Escargot can be used in soups, mushroom caps, pastas, salads and as appetizer.
