Oven Roasted Tomato Soup
Marinated Oven Roasted Tomatoes with Herbs
INGREDIENTS

1 Pkt Marinated oven roasted tomatoes with herbs

1⁄2 Onion (sliced)

2 Garlic Cloves (minced)

1 Tsp salt
-
1⁄4 Tsp pepper
-
1 Cup Milk
-
1⁄2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
-
3 Tbsp Basil
-
2 Tbsp Tomato Paste
-
1 Tsp sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Sauté Onion and minced Garlic cloves then open the packet of oven roasted tomatoes and add to it and turn the heat off. Place everything into a blender and add in your milk, parmesan cheese, basil, tomato paste, and sugar.
Puree until smooth.
Serve warm and garnish with 2-3 basil leaves.
